We’ve entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) business of ZF Group, a leading provider of smart cameras and ADAS solutions, in a move that will strengthen our ability to deliver a unified safety-to-experience platform that empowers automakers to bring smarter, safer, and more connected vehicles to market faster.
